About me

Hi, I’m Hannah

I feel genuinely honoured to support women in their most vulnerable moments. Having been through times of stress, overwhelm and burnout myself, I know how much difference having a calm space to pause, breathe, and talk it through can make. 

My academic background is in Psychology and Anthropology, and I am a trained Secondary Teacher. After many years in education, I became a Certified Life Coach and set up my dream business – supporting incredible women to overcome those moments when life feels heavy.

My Story

I spent most of my working life in busy roles within education – both in the UK and abroad. For years, I felt like I was walking a fine line between ‘just about coping’ and complete burnout. I seemed to be trapped in a cycle of just working for the weekend – and being so exhausted that my Saturdays and Sundays were spend in a state of numbness and exhaustion.

As a result, self-care and healthy habits went out of the window – I survived on a diet of tea and toast, no exercise, and broken sleep. One day, after dressing to go to work, I found myself physically unable to walk out of my front door. My body was finally saying a very loud ‘no’, and something had to change. That’s when I found my own Life Coach and started to make huge shifts.

I spent most of my 30s on a self-development journey – reading books, listening to podcasts, devouring advice. I also sought the support of the healing women in my life – a counsellor, acupuncturist, reiki healer, meditation guides, and even my facialist and hairdresser! They were instrumental in my healing and recovery…

But I realise now that what they all had in common was that they gave me a space to retreat, be heard, and to come away from feeling slightly lighter. Now, my passion for Life Coaching and wellness come together to offer you exactly that space – to arrive, be seen, and leave with your resilience topped up.

My mission

My mission is to empower women to navigate the overwhelming times in life with clarity, emotional resilience, and deep self-trust.

Through a holistic coaching approach, I support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, creating capacity for self-care, and building strategies to cope better with the heavier parts of their lives.

Through compassionate, personalised, and values-driven coaching, I provide a safe space for to pause, breathe and reset – allowing the women I work with to leave with a weight lifted.


My Values

Connection

Connection starts with the self, but can be so easily lost during busy times. I believe that rediscovering this connection with the self is the first step towards change.

Tuning in to the world around us – spending time in nature and in solitude – supports this connection.

Balance

When we achieve balance in our lives we can live with contentment and peace. We connect more closely with ourselves and those around us and have a chance to stop and appreciate life. 

When life feels in balance, we are able to live with resilience to overcome overwhelm.

Freedom

Freedom might mean the little things in life: to go out for a walk without having to rush home; to take a moment each day to savour a cup of coffee; to have time for yourself.

Freedom can also represent something much deeper: it’s being seen as who you truly are. To be truly seen, heard and understood is incredibly freeing.
